I don't think it would be easy at all. Vinnie apparently has to touch them to administer it, and she's persona non grata there, an enemy they are attacking.
She has Hunter with her. If she only to needs one, he would (presumably) do - which is why I don't think that can be the answer. It's possible that Remove Curse MIGHT close the Kuo-Toa gates and prevent the flooding from getting worse, but Billy would still be out there.
At least, that's how it would go if I were running it.
Given that the reality that has been understood by the characters is that in order to remove the geas's effect that was due to the Kuo-Toa, ALL of them had to be killed, it would stand to reason that remove curse would have to be applied to all of them in order for it have the same effect.
They don't really have a collective consciousness--at least, not to the point that they are all part of one person. The seem more to have a collective unconscious, like a low level psychic link. But they're still separate people. Otherwise they would have all have had to agree with Hunter.
Just to be sure, I looked up the spell. Here is the full text from the SRD:
"At your touch, all curses affecting one creature or object end. If the object is a cursed magic item, its curse remains, but the spell breaks its owner’s attunement to the object so it can be removed or discarded."
So only one creature. And the Kua-toa are not all one creature.

I've caught up on every episode since New Years, or there abouts.
I'm shocked at how not dead everything and everyone is relative to how bad I was expecting and that entering into the epic final fantasy last boss battle with the god-like eldrich abomination there's actual... ya'know, hope. I'd go so far as to say Hope with a capital H.
Granted they didn't amass Bioware-esque armies from their potential resources, and maybe some useful NPCs passed'em by - that surly dwarf that Drop avoided in particularly no doubt had some god-killing axe on him - but given the final scenario that's been drawn up as it stands most of those resources would've been kind of wasted anyways.
I'm looking forward to Vinnie Charisma-ing Billy into friendship and saving the universe.
I wasn't thinking so much of Remove Curse from Hunter to be the solution, but more of trying to access the Kuo-Toa's ability to make deities by trying to convince him to "deconstruct"(?) Mother into its component deities and hope that he can pass it on to the other Kuo-Toa (they're all suffering - and maybe dying? - from what's happening to Mother, so it's not completely out of the question). It's decidedly a long shot, but seems more plausible than genociding an entire race.
