I love me some YouTube people. Particularly non-shitlord type people. They are good. Here's my list of Subs besides Leon Thomas. Go ahead and make recommendations, I crave new content... I need... content...
Jim Sterling- video game talky man. If you're in any way interested in the video game industry and the bull it pulls and you also like seeing a weird man to terrible things to pogs then you need to be subbed to him yesterday.
Todd in the Shadows- Pop Music Reviewer, formerly of Channel Awesome and really funny bloke. He's been doing a lot of One Hit Wonder Land videos (name speaks for itself) that tend to be interesting looks at the time and cultures that bring us the weirdest songs.
Chez Lindsay- Awesome lady, she's gotten so good since coming onto YouTube. I LOVE her long form video essays, and pretty much everything she does.
MovieBob- I don't always agree with Bob but he presents his opinions on Geek Culture in a concise manner that usually holds up to scrutiny, can't say I like it when he's trying to be Linkara though that gets cringey.
Shaun and Jen- It's mostly Shaun really but they both seem like lovely folks and Shaun is great at debunking some of the most despicable scum on YouTube in a really calm fashion that is laudable and endearing.
Hbomberguy1- Incredibly funny guy and he puts a lot of effort into making well researched political videos about weirdo reactionaries, or bizarrely long video game analysis. Love this guy.
Contrapoints- Much like Hbomberguy except sexier. Can't say I always agree but Contra is very clever and very funny, this is someone I would love to hang out with (and do sex near).
BadMouse Productions- I would say the best Anarchist YouTuber around. Funny, informative, charming, and his content is constantly getting better.
Rantasmo- Discusses mostly LGBTQ themes in films, games and novels. He's affable and often brings up a lot of queer theory that I'm blissfully ignorant of, what with being a privileged cis white boy and all. Rantasmo is great for Queer YouTube content.
