So...i'm thinking of taking my homebrew d&d game and retooling it for the Shackers to play on. If this sounds intwresting, let me know and we can start thus up and tie into the other game i'm running (won't be hard different trials).
Welcome to the land of Xeekul. This land is home to what can only be called the Trinity Mountain Canyon, three different mountain ranges intersecting to form a giant natural woodland area the middle of them. To an outsider, this prairie is called the Crimson bowl, fought between three different kingdoms. These kingdoms all appear to have an area of speciality.
In the Eastern Tip there is the kingdom of Cosoni, these are the ones who specialize in the arcane knowledge, any and all forms of magic are studied and added to their army’s might. They use all arcane knowledge and skill to blast their enemies to death while gathering power to hopefully blast through the barrier.
To the south, the republic of Dreth, Clerical and warrior defend their home with will of the gods, faith and physical power. They push forward slowly gaining ground as they attempt to bring their gods glory and gain their favor to dispel the barrier.
Finally, to the west, Alliance of Trixania, the ones of balance. They attempt to merge the best between Magical Prowess and Physical Strength as the dual queens specialize in one area. They focus on the defense of their home, while pushing back the other kingdoms. They know in their balance an answer can be found, however getting there is the question they cannot fathom.
For one decade, the warring kingdoms stood tall but appeared to start weaning due to the constant assaults and resources being drained. It seemed whosoever was watching would get their end soon.
Until one day, as the sun was rising, Seven figures stood on the Northern mountain range. They were able to scale down and split up into 3 groups of two while the last one went towards the center. Within a day these adventures managed to stop the fighting for a moment and were granted audience with the leaders to the center of the area. There the last one was able to clear enough space for the leaders to meet and chat. After a long talk, a Ceasefire was obtained, and to maintain the ceasefire, a guild hall was built to free those who didn’t want to fight. And four years later, the guild became a beacon of hope as a town was raised around the hall.
However, now there are whispers of war returning again. Your characters in this campaign will have a choice to make, follow orders or fight back against their home kingdoms with the guild.
What are you going to do? Join and stand with the guild or push back and stand with your kingdom? Or would you rather stay and grow avocados?
Its up to you....and me.
