I'm a bit amazed, that no one has yet jumped on the one sentences, that will probably spawn the most creative works from this episode.

Although it's hard competition this time, I have to admit.
Limbs were ripped of, heroic deeds have been done and new foes have been made.

That's a frustrating thing for me, too.
I remember, many moons ago, when I first applied for training, it was common, that they send back your documents and give you a proper rejection.
Nowadays nobody will give you notice about anything anymore. When I ask people, who have something to do with personal management in some form,
why the etiquette has changed so much, I often hear the same thing 'Oh, they do it that way in America' …. I sometimes feel sorry for you guys.
Not sure if this behavior was always typical in 'America' (they sure mean USA, but from here everything looks the same),
but to be honest I'm not fond of this at all. Since I'm trying to apply for a new thing for quite some time now,
I have to deal with this bs and can definitely say, that things used to be much better.

I'm on Austins side, when it comes to this whole job hunting and applying for a job nonsense.
It's all just a giant puddle of lies, deceptions and pretending from all sides involved.
I just can't deal with it and can't understand why so many people seem to be fine with all of this.

I had a job-interview early this year (not for 'real' job, but for an apprenticeship – our system here seems different)
and to this day I'm baffled about how all of this went down.
It's just a mechanized, dehumanized processing of people, with the least amount of real interaction possible.
You really get the the feeling, of what 'human resource managing' means.
When I finally talked to some humans and could present myself as a person, that wanted to work,
I guess everything was already settled and they just needed an excuse to sieve the last few people out.
The most infuriating part was, that the head of this final tribunal looked me in the eyes, shook my hand and said 'We will definitely contact you in any case, so that you know, if you made it, or not'. I'm mad to this day, about this behavior. Because no one ever informed me about anything.
Why would they? I was just another worthless recourse in the end.
I can't understand how someone could do this. I guess, that I'm not made for all this cutthroat capitalist bullshit.

Wow … I just realize, that Scarlet Witch is the younger sister of Michelle Tanner. MIND. BLOWN.

I was a bit confused, when they started talking about Shaeathane (< that canon now?),
because I didn't realize it was a woman. Could have sworn Johnny said he, sometime in the past.
And though it would be cool, if she jumps in to smash the Beholder (< that also canon now?),
I hope, that the League of Extraordinary Gentleorcs will swoop in and save the day!
